The only issue I have is . When I booked and had confirmation from Booking .com The total price I was told was 179.00. When I checked out from the hotel the bill was 199.54? I did not notice this until getting home. I did not use anything that would be the difference in the charge. I would like an explanation. Thanks, I have never had this happen before.

The cleaning of my room & the towels were hard & they had not informed me no cleaning staff on my stay even though I booked a month ahead. I loved the beds very comfortable, the front desk staff were amazing. Love the location & that there were so many fine dinning restaurants in Burlington & shopping was great. The waterfront & lights downtown & shops we loved. It was a great time of year to visit & would come again to Burlington other times of the year.

Only booked for one night and was pleased with the location, and the room had a great view, but was disappointed with laundry services. Maybe people do not use the way I do but coming off the road, feeling tired and dirty, it is lovely to get clean and get your clothes cleaned, especially if you are an out of town guest. There were a few out of towners as we all tended to park together, From Quebec, Michigan and myself from New Brunswick.

Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night!
Extremely courteous and helpful staff Day and night! Beds and rooms very comfortable. Refrigerator in the room was helpful and worked well. The room temperature was also very comfortable and our view was lovely over the water. I didn’t realize that there was an extra parking/day fee charged— so be aware of that if you’re driving.

I love Burlington for its walkability and excellent restaurants. I enjoy the waterfront trail, which is accessible to the public. The city has an open and welcoming appeal now. I hope it doesn't come to a forest of highrise towers where only developers choose who has access to the waterfront,

Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go.
Close the QEW & 403, IKEA, COSTCO & Burlington Go. We were picking our son up at the Go Train station and decided to book a night away before he came in. Since we were only there for one night, we didn't do a lot but are well aware of many things to do in the area. Close to trails and water but also great shopping.
Everything was better than I expected. The motel was quiet, the room was clean and quite cozy, and the renovated washroom was very clean. It's a 5 minute drive from downtown Hamilton with all the restaurants, and back to quiet. I was late with my check in due to work, and the hotel owner was happy to accommodate me, I was very grateful for that. I will definitely stay there again during my work trips.
it seems good, but next time I will take my breakfast from outside, the toilet entrances have water dispensers, it's great, all hotel staff are super people, hotel staff help me and my family, which impressed and made us happy, thanks to everyone
the room amenities beat out any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last year. the fact I’d had a full size bar frig and a microwave are plus plus for me. the breakfast was an added feature most places don’t offer as part of the price any more.
The staff was super nice and accommodating, everything was amazing except for the parking. New Years Eve was obviously a little crazy but I definitely think the hotel needs its own reserved parking.
Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help with any issues.
Currently finishing off renovations so not all rooms currently available but high executive floors are newly updated and quiet.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Right on Lake Ontario and next to Spencer Smith Park.
It is within walking distance to so many great restaurants.
The staff were very friendly.
The hotel was super clean and the beds are super comfy. It’s located about an 8 minute drive to downtown Burlington and the waterfront. It’s also dog friendly. Definitely will return!
That it is pet friendly. Also they serve a wonderful hot breakfast. The hotel is also very conveniently location minutes from the QEW/403 Highway close to downtown and uptown.
