Everything was simple but lovely, I particularly liked the communal kitchen with complimentary coffee, milk, bread, jam etc for a simple breakfast if that's all you wanted.

There were a lot of Germans in the hotel who liked their coffee and because of this caused the coffee machine to break and then made reception take over. Lazy young man at breakfast wiped table and didn't wring cloth out i had to dry before we could eat at it. No white bread ,when i asked young girl for some she never came back to me. At dinner the night before we ordered sticky toffee pudding paid for it, then was told none left ! when we all showered the air conditioning machine leaked all over the floor .... this is the worse one i have ever stayed in !!!!!

functional and cosy rooms well designed space which feels luxurious...would have appreciated a faster check in but overall a great hotel recommended !
Such a lovely little town on the quay. We walked from Darts farm to the RSPB, about 25mins, then on towards Topsham, so nice walking along the sea wall, lots of benches for a rest. Little Tea shop open on Bank Holiday serving takeaway teas, So could sit on quay and enjoy the peace. The number 57 bus drops you into the centre every half hour.

Very niche but enjoyable. Great atmosphere and very relaxed... Too understand is to visit. To not visit would be your loss. So much quaintness with exceptional relaxation. Always a must for any open minded person to enjoy a quintessential day or two in fabulous Topsham.

Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns.
Topsham is a great location to explore the estuary towns. Located on a main train line from Exeter we were able to meet friends in the city for dinner aswell have leisurely days taking the train to coastal towns of Lympstone and Exmouth. Loved hiring some bikes and taking them along the estuary trail, on the ferry to Starcross. Lovely food options in Topsham and highly recommend the pig and pallet smokehouse

Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely.
Fantastic Hotel. Comfy and homely. Rooms very clean and quiet. Food both breakfast and dinner were brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful even under pressure due to illness with other staff members. Road slightly busy but room was very quiet.
Located close to Topsham on a quiet country lane. Easy access to Exmouth where we were visiting friends. The garret was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed by the owner and the pint of milk in the fridge was much appreciated to start us off. We were delighted that dogs were allowed to stay.
Quiet and secluded but not far from Topsham on foot/bicycle and public transport options to Exmouth, Exeter and beyond. Tim is a kind and helpful host who will give as much or as little help as you want. Good breakfasts.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They accommodated our extra requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and they welcomed my friend who was living locally to join us.
Staff were wonderful, very helpful and amenable indeed. Great location for proximity to Westpoint Arena. bed nice and clean and comfortable. bathroom nice and clean. Good breakfast options.
Central location in Topsham. Available for a 2 night stay..... nothing else was in Topsham. Light airy flat nicely presented. Good shower. Nice views over the river towards distant hills.
Fantastic location for a short break or a holiday. The apartment was great and made our stay that much more pleasurable. Topsham is a brilliant town and has a lot going on for everyone.
Location is great, with parking in topsham! We managed to get both our cars parked on premises, but with difficulty. Very well equipped kitchen..enough to make a wedding cake!!
Perfectly located for access to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Budleigh and Exeter plus other attractions.
Very clean and Tracey and Barry were extremely hospitable.
Easy access to M5
Fabulous location right in the heart of Topsham, so much to see and do. Local to everything. Bike hire so close as were pubs, shops and restaurants. Will definitely return.
Excellent location . It was easy to explore Topsham and also it was very easy to travel by train to both Exmouth and Newcourt ( to watch the rugby Exeter Chiefs )
The location was great for us to use as a base to explore the countryside. Excellent breakfast and evening meal was superb would recommend dining here.
