One of the first Bali resorts, Kuta has a long, sandy beach and great nightlife - reasons why it’s one of Indonesia’s top tourist spots.
Another popular draw is Kuta surfing. From gentle rollers to lefthanders, the waves are great for all abilities. Several shops in town sell big-brand surf gear at knockdown prices, while other shopping options include Kuta Square, Discovery Mall and Bali Mall Galleria.
There’s also no shortage of places to eat. Street vendors offer local fare, while international cuisine is served in restaurants of the Kuta hotels on Booking.com. When the sun goes down, the heat goes up, as the bars and clubs in party zone Jalan Legian kick into life. For something more refined, the bars by Kuta Beach waterfont are a great spot to watch the sun set with a refreshing cocktail.
If you’re up early enough to see the Sanur Beach sunrise, you might get to see locals throwing traditional offerings into the sea. Spirituality is a big part of Balinese life and there are yoga and meditation classes, not to mention spas to revive the senses.
The gateway to southern Bali, Denpasar Airport is right on the edge of the town, so it won’t be long before you can stretch out and soak up the sun.

Kuta is re establishing itself after being decimated from Covid lockdown see. Kuta beach is the cleanest I have ever seen it in 10 years they are working hard to keep the beaches clean. It felt similar to Seminyak. The beach s not as good, in that it does not have restaurants on the beach like Seminyk has. Kuta beach mall is nice if you're looking to shop brands and pay western prices. There are plenty of restaurants in Kuta, plenty of tourist shops, plenty of tour booking angencies, currency exchange etc... Very convinient in that it is not far from the airport and not far from Waterbom water park.

There was no late night noise, very peaceful. Shower was lovely, warm water whenever we wanted it. We liked the Indian restaurant over the road. We did not visit the beach this time, due to reports of harassment by sellers. we were only there 3 days, so hopefully net time we will have a good walk around. We really love Bali and hope we can come back in the future. We will always stay at Febri's. It would be especially good if you provided transport to and from Airport, and we would be more than willing to pay for this. Thank you so much for making us so welcome.SueUnited Kingdom

We only used the hotel for the facilities (booked a room so we could shower before the flight, use the pool etc). The hotel has a great pool area with swim up bar. Staff on the front desk were lovely and very friendly. Rooms suited our purpose and were great value. Location of hotel is right on the beachfront in Kuta and close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Even at my the first time, I was a little bit confused with the location, but thanks Google Map as we can find easily this hotel. This hotel is also located very nearby with the Ngurah Rai International Airport. We love the breakfast here. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport make me repeat to stay at this hotel whenever we are in Bali and we choose this hotel a day before going back home to our own country. :)
