Staff and front of house were really welcoming, very friendly and the service was great. All were very well presented and cleanly dressed. The food was top class. We both had fish for dinner, it was perfectly cooked, very well presented with fresh veg and hand cut fresh chips. It was definitely as good as some top restaurants that we've eaten at, if not better. Well done to Greg and his team of chefs. Your wife and you have a winning combination in the cosy atmosphere, great food & drinks and service with a smile every time. Thank you for making our stay in Ballulybunion so enjoyable.

I loved everything about my stay in Teach de Broc. My experience was one of warm warm hospitality, professional service, and attention to detail that one finds only in family run establishments. Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant furnishings tasteful decor, and bright airy bedrooms induce a sense of almost instant relaxation. The hands-on oversight of Aoife and her family, ensures that the highest standard is maintained in all aspects of this hotel. Its understated luxury, service, location and the hospitality make it a wonderful place to stay. Thank you! I can't wait to return!

It was probably the nicest and cleanest B&B I've ever stayed in. There wasn't a spec of dust to be found anywhere. The hosts were super friendly. The rooms were spacious and towels changed each day. The breakfast was lovely. The grounds are lovely and the view of the sea from our room was beautiful. It's the jewel in the crown of Ballybunion.

Ballybunion is one of those small traditional Irish holiday towns. It has not changed much over the years. The main attraction is the beach (if you are not a golfer). There are a few beaches in the town, each has their own unique selling points. The Ladies (perfectly frames between two cliffs), Mens (longer walks) and Nun's beach (only accessible by rope). Each are different. There are a few pubs and restaurants and a gaming arcade which is great for kids.

The beach is well-known and popular.
The beach is well-known and popular. It's not the only local beach but it's good and Ballybunion town is good for tourists with kids. Of course golfers come here too. There are places to snack, souvenir shops and supermarket shopping etc. You don't have to stay right in town as there are plenty of good b&b's a couple of minutes drive away.

A stunning seaside experience.
A stunning seaside experience. Two lovely safe beaches, one with a little surf action. The sun sets directly in front of the castle ruin on the promontory. Typical small village with typical pubs and food options. We stayed at the Marine Hotel which was a little pricey but very good - over the road from beach access and green area. The restaurant there has a good menu with much seafood available. We found it very enjoyable.

One way street system very safe but cumbersome.
One way street system very safe but cumbersome. Parking difficult good value in the car park, 2 euro for the day. Ate in the hotel, the meal was lovely, /cocktails were all 10 euro, pricey but worth it.I was very disappointed with breakfast selection, a full irish with no egg!!!!!
Staff were lovely.
Everything about The Cliff House Hotel, from the hotel and ALL the staff there was absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic holiday. Food was brought to you within 5min. Hot food - was hot, cold food - was cold.
If anything I have to mention is more Vegetarian/Vegan selection on the menu's, but the food we had was absolutely lovely.
Thank you to The Cliff House Hotel, it helped us to make wonderful, beautiful memories of a great holiday. The view from the hotel is just - breathtaking.
The property and location are perfect, seaside in Ballybunion, and the staff are generous and kind. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet. And, perhaps best of all is the cafe and restaurant. Truly delicious! After dining here the first night, we decided to make reservations for the following evening too. Breakfast us top notch and plentiful as well. You wont be disappointed!
Ballybunion is such a beautiful place and with the hotel being right on the beach it was ideal. The staff are brilliant and the food was exceptional. Such comfortable beds too. The outdoor covered seating is ideal for an early morning coffee/tea or some snacks and a pint at lunch from the cafe. You won't be disappointed staying here. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious too.
The size and niceness of the suite took me by surprise and was excellent value for money IMO
Service was informed, not intrusive and friendly and polite - couldn't ask for more .......... location is perfect as well as near to Ballybunion for local amenities but far enough out to be private with excellent parking an added bonus
Location was great. We were golfing at Ballybunion which was literally across the street. Breakfast was great. I specifically asked for a diet Coke versus coffee and my request was granted. My luggage had been lost and staff was very accommodating about letting me use their laundry faciliites.
The location is absolutely amazing, right by the beach and that was exactly what we wanted, it is also 2 min walk from the town center and all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean and overlooking the ocean. Fresh tasty breakfast every morning, we will definitely be back :)
Everything, the location was right on the golf course, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, the shower was amazing, the breakfast was as good as any five star hotel that we have stayed in and the hosts Mary and James were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
The B&B is nicely located and within a good walking distance of the towncenter, cliffs and beach.
Hosts are very friendly, helpfull and gave us useful advice on our trips in de area.
Our room was comfortable and spacious with a good bed.
Delicious breakfast.
The local was close to town, you could walk everywhere. Mary was a fabulous host, she took great care of us and was a pleasure to see each day. I would highly recommend the Astor. Breakfast was wonderful and overall our stay was excellent
Excellent friendly service, so helpful & accommodating. Delicious breakfasts! Couldn't beat the location for being so close to the beaches & in town.
Unbeatable evening meal & lovely atmosphere in the pub/restaurant too.
Great location for Ballybunion golf. Nicest B&B I have ever stayed in. Huge bedroom and huge bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. David helped us with dinner reservations as well.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond on multiple occasions. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Location right across from the beach was lovely.
The staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy. The hotel is very well located on a quiet street but just minutes walk from shops, pubs and beach.
