The location was great. The gentleman who greeted me was welcoming and even called me by name before he looked me up in the computer to check me in. The hotel was clean, had a restaurant and free parking. All very convenient when traveling. Great value.

The friendliness of the staff, especially when they provided assistance in calling an ambulance when my wife needed to go to hospital, and extending our stay when we were unable to travel on to our next destination.

Breakfast met expectations for the level of hotel - standard buffet with continental breakfast & cereal. Rooms were clean and the showers were hot and good. Beds were comfortable. Works if you want a place to sleep and be out during the day.

We were in need of last minute stay for spontaneous Taylor Swift tickets, and this was the cheapest place near Stockholm. We only used the hotel for spending the night, but definetly wouldn’t mind spening longer time there.
The room was very nice, clean and spacious, and even had sofa and small kitchen area. Bed was big and comfortable. It was very quiet, nothing was disturbing us.
It was nice with having breakfast included, and variety was good, although it is mostly cold things there. The breakfast area was in a hallway and didn’t have that many tables, but it was not a problem and we could still find a free table.
Location is not that bad, it is less than 15 minute walk from train station, from which you get frequent connections to Stockholm.
The hotel meets high quality standards. The room had everything that was listed on the website. It was very quiet, perfectly clean and comfortable. In addition, the hotel has a great location. A short walk across the park to the lake. 2 minutes by bus/car or 10-15 minutes by foot to the nearest metro station and 30 minutes by metro to Gamla Stan. The nearest supermarket "Willy" is a 5-minute walk away. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We really liked it.
The location was great. The gentleman who greeted me was welcoming and even called me by name before he looked me up in the computer to check me in. The hotel was clean, had a restaurant and free parking. All very convenient when traveling. Great value.
The rooms were wide, there is a kitchenette and dishes. It was clean. The beds are comfortable.A good hotel for a short stay. A car is a must. It is far from public transport.
