Staff on reception (especially Levi and Arlette) were courteous and helpful. The gentlemen in the lobby who opened the doors, called lifts and managed luggage, were unfailingly polite and pleasant. Bar staff all went over and above to make your time in the lounge or terrace enjoyable, a special mention to Lauriane, who was always cheerful. Views from the bar terrace of Bryant Park and Empire State Building.

One of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen and that was a big plus. There’s a nice little bar downstairs and live music (mostly jazz) 4 nights a week. Bartender Phil was both a great mixologist and great company. I was traveling with my 10 year old daughter, so I can highly reccomend to women who are looking to stay at a nice & safe neighborhood.
