I liked the design of the property, the clean environment, the kind staff and happy athmosphere. the food was excellent, the pool was great, we are really satisfied!

This made our stay special. - the facilities and activities available at the hotel (water sport, tennis, soccer, basket, pétanque, reef walk, spice tour and Zanzibar city) - The quality and variety of the food served (breakfast lunch and dinner), specially dinners with theme nights, sit menu, rarely ate so well at a resort !

A gorgeous paradise. The level of attention to detail and the impeccable service was second to none. they make you feel like a Sultan. And they have the most amazing spa and best massage I ever had

Jetty bar and access to the sea is amazing. Staff is great, whole property is well maintained. Chef took a special wish of my husband into consideration- very nice!

The staff were so warm and friendly..I tell you the best I have seen. The rooms were so clean and up to point. I recommend everyone to try Blue Oyster Hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful. The food was all delicious. the beach is right next to the resort. The rooms are big clean spacious and comfortable. Fantastic place!

the Location is absolutely beautiful, like taken straight from a Post Card. small hotel, quiet and lots of privacy, which was exactly what I was looking for. no families/kids. Food was excellent, too and the staff just very warm, welcoming and considerate.

The Promised Land vibe is totally island time. We made nee friends with both staff and other travelers. This place takes you to another world of peace and tranquility.

The eco beach bungalow was great, and it’s right on the beach. The service was amazing and the people that work there are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and they got the food out promptly.

The Villa is family friendly, clean and neat , having almost an entire kitchen is amazing..can accommodate all family needs perfectly. The entire hotel staff are super helpful and very easy to communicate with. A very relaxed place as they say in zanzibar "pole pole". Would highly recommend to families with kids for a short stay, has excellent swimming pool also..

This resort is as good as all the other reviews say. The staff is wonderful and make you feel right at home. The facilities are modern, clean, environmentally conscious and provide all the comfort and options you could want. The pools are wonderful as swimming in the ocean is only possible for about 3-4 hours every day and the food at the restaurant is amazing. Fresh, local flavours and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the location because the beach was clean and rock free. Also, it wasn't crowded and we could walk into Page or Jambiani if we wanted more activity or shops. It fit our need for quiet and relaxation perfectly. Plus there were several great restaurants on either side of the resort.

We were upgraded to the Mawingu villa which was incredible! We had no reason to leave our villa which had a beautiful outdoor lounge looking out on the beach, a plunge pool, waterfall shower, and plenty of space. The architecture/design was very pleasant. We had amazing service from our dedicated staff member Mambo who organized our meals/space and always added a special touch. The food was phenomenal both healthy and delicious; we continuously looked forward to the next meal which was all covered in the package. They provided a list of additional activities and management went out of their way to help us plan a special day that worked for us; we enjoyed snorkeling, massages, and a sunset cruise. Once you consider everything provided in the package, we felt we received good value. Highly recommend!

It was the perfect location with excellent facilities, the most friendly staff and delicious food! We really loved that there was the pool to use when the tide is out. Also the raised sun beds that stop you getting bothered by people touting boat rides/trinkets. The Sunday night BBQ and live music was amazing, such a big selection of food and great local bands. However, if you didn’t want to attend the music is probably quite loud. Wish we had stayed longer, we’ll definitely be back!

Food=10/10 Staff =10/10 Facilities 10/10 Safety =10/10 The people are so kind and respectful. Imagine being able to just leave your phone and cash by the beach to go for a swim without fear of them being stolen. As a woman, never have I ever felt so safe and respected by men. The staff were very helpful and kind to every encounter. We had a delay at the airport and flight issues, but the staff were so patient and reassuring. They assisted us in getting food in the middle of the night. We really enjoyed the stay and felt very welcomed. I highly recommend the place.

i came my honey moon! the room is big and clean! the food was amazing and peoole who is working there are so sweet. they did organised for me a romantic diner for my honneymoon !

what an amazing place and so peaceful. the manager went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was exceptional.
